This Action Research Manual provides a guide for farm workers to undertake Action Research around the working and living conditions they face. In doing so, it provides a guide to assist workers undertake research with the aim to organize collective action to improve conditions. The manual is, therefore, an organizing tool and it outlines how Action Research should be underpinned by values and practices such as democracy, accountability, mutual aid and vitally, collective actions.
